Xxxxx’x Value definition

Xxxxx’x Value means, on any date and with respect to any Eligible Collateral the product of (x) the bid price obtained by the Valuation Agent and (y) the applicable Xxxxx’x Valuation Percentage set forth in Paragraph 13(b)(ii).
Xxxxx’x Value means, on any date and with respect to any Eligible Collateral other than Cash, the product of (x) the bid price obtained by the Valuation Agent and (y) the applicable Moody's Valuation Percentage set forth in Paragraph 13(b)(ii). Xxx Moody's Value of Cash will be the amount of such Cash.
Xxxxx’x Value means, on any date and with respect to any Eligible Collateral, (A) in the case of Eligible Collateral other than Cash, the product of (x) the bid price obtained by the Valuation Agent for such Eligible Collateral and (y) the applicable Xxxxx’x Valuation Percentage for such Eligible Collateral set forth in the table attached as Annex B hereto and (B) in the case of Cash, the amount thereof.

More Definitions of Xxxxx’x Value

Xxxxx’x Value. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the stated value of the related Mortgaged Property determined in accordance with the Program Guide and given by the related Mortgagor in his or her application. Statutory Trust Statute: Chapter 38 of Title 12 of the Delaware Code, 12 Del. Code ss.ss.3801 et seq., as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • RI Value means, in respect of a Reference Item and a ST Valuation Date, (i) the RI Closing Value for such Reference Item in respect of such ST Valuation Date, divided by (ii) the relevant RI Initial Value (expressed as a percentage).
