Xxxxxx Parcel definition

Xxxxxx Parcel means the parcel so indicated on “Exhibit A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Xxxxxx Parcel means that certain piece of real estate consisting of approximately 0.25 acres, located at the common address of 00000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000 and described on and depicted in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Parcel means an identifiable unit of land that is treated as separate for valuation or zoning purposes.

Garages, carports and storage sheds are common urban accessory structures. Pole barns, hay sheds and the like qualify as accessory structures on farms, and may or may not be located on the same parcel as the farm dwelling or shop building.

  • bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:
