Xxxxxx Mortgage definition

Xxxxxx Mortgage means the Mortgage, Consolidation, Extension, Spreader and Security Agreement, Fixture Filing, Financing Statement and Assignment of Leases and Rents, dated as of the date hereof, made by 8 Xxxxxx Borrower in favor of Mortgagee, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Xxxxxx Mortgage has the meaning specified in the recitals.
