Xxxxxx Family means, collectively, estates and descendants of X.X. Xxxxxx, Xx., his sisters, any of their spouses or descendants or persons married to their descendants and any investment entity that is controlled by any of the foregoing.
Xxxxxx Family means (1) (i) the X.X. Xxxxxx Family Investments Limited Partnership; (ii) the estate and descendants of X.X. Xxxxxx, Xx.; (iii) the siblings of the late X.X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and their respective estates and descendants; (iv) the respective Immediate Family of, Immediate Family of descendants of and descendants of Immediate Family of, any individual included in clause (ii) or (iii); (v) any trust established for the benefit of any of the foregoing or any charitable trust or foundation established by any of the foregoing, and the respective trustees, fiduciaries and beneficiaries of any such trust or foundation; and (vi) any corporation, limited partnership, limited liability company or other entity owned by any of the foregoing, or organized to achieve estate planning objectives of any of the foregoing; and (2) any affiliate (as defined in Rule 12b-2 under the Exchange Act) or successor of any of the foregoing.
Xxxxxx Family means the wife, children and descendants of such children of the late Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx III, their respective spouses and estates, any trusts primarily for the benefit of any of the foregoing and the administrators, executors and trustees of any such estates or trusts.

Xxxxxx Family has the meaning ascribed to such term in the preamble hereof.
Xxxxxx Family means, collectively, Xxxxxx Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, FWW B.V., a private limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the Netherlands, Ginsoma Family C.V., a limited partnership established under the laws of the Netherlands and each of the persons listed on Exhibit A to the deed of amendment to the articles of association of FINV dated as of August 14, 2013 and each of their Affiliates, Family Members or trusts set up for the benefit of any of the persons listed on such Exhibit.
Xxxxxx Family means (i) Xxxx Xxxxxx and the Estate of Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, (ii) a descendant (or a spouse of a descendant) of Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxxx, (iii) any estate, trust, guardianship or custodianship for the primary benefit of any individual described in (i) or (ii) above, or (iv) a proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company, or corporation controlled directly or indirectly by one or more individuals or entities described in (i), (ii), or (iii) above.
Xxxxxx Family means (i) Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, (ii) any of their direct family members (including, without limitation, lineal ancestors and descendants, siblings, and lineal descendants of siblings), (iii) any trusts and profit sharing plans and stock option plans established for the sole benefit of the foregoing, and (iv) the heirs and personal representatives of the foregoing.
Xxxxxx Family means Xx. Xxxx Xxxxxx and Xxx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx and the executors, administrators or legal representatives of their estates, heirs, distributees and beneficiaries, any trust as to which any of the foregoing is a settlor or co-settlor, any trustee of the estate of any of the foregoing that is bankrupt or insolvent, any guardian or conservator of any of the foregoing that is adjudged disabled or incompetent, and any corporation, partnership or other entity which is an affiliate of any of the foregoing. Xxxxxx Family shall also mean any lineal descendants of the grandparents of such persons, but only to the extent that the beneficial ownership of the voting interests held by such lineal descendants was directly received (by gift, trust or sale) from any such person.
