XTRAPOWER means the Fleet Card Program hereinafter called as Card Program, developed and implemented by Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Under which Fleet Owner / Operators / Corporates can purchase automotive fuels and lubricants thru' Smart Card from its designated Retail Outlets.
