Xortgage definition

Xortgage. The mortgage, deed of trust or other instrument creating a first lien on Mortgaged Property securing a Mortgage Note together with any Mortgage Loan Rider, if applicable.
Xortgage. With respect to each Mortgage Note related to a Mortgage Loan, the mortgage, deed of trust or other comparable instrument creating a first or junior lien on an estate in fee simple or leasehold interest in real property securing a Mortgage Note.
