Wyoming resident definition

Wyoming resident means a natural person who is either of the following:
Wyoming resident means a person, partnership limited partnership, registered limited partnership, registered limited liability company or corporation certified as a resident by the department of employment in accordance W.S. §16-6-101.
Wyoming resident means any natural person who is domiciled in the state of Wyoming for not less than ninety (90) days or who maintains a permanent place of abode within the state and who has not established a domicile in any other state, territory or country;

  • Resident school district means the public school district in which the student resides.
