WWT means WWT, Inc., a Delaware corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of Third Intermediate Parent. All other undefined terms contained in any of the Loan Documents shall, unless the context indicates otherwise, have the meanings provided for by the Code as in effect in the State of Illinois to the extent the same are used or defined therein.
