WTI Warrants definition

WTI Warrants means warrants of Reorganized KDI granting WTI the right to purchase Reorganized KDI Class A Common Stock at a price of $1,500,000 struck at an enterprise valuation of $150,000,000, which warrants will be substantially in the form of WTI’s existing warrants in the Debtor and have a 10-year exercise period.
WTI Warrants means warrants to purchase shares of Series F Preferred Stock held, in each case, by Venture Lending & Leasing VI, LLC or Venture Lending & Leasing VII, LLC. Other capitalized terms defined elsewhere in the Agreement and not defined in this Exhibit A will have the meanings assigned to such terms in this Agreement.   • The Customer must subscribe to the Frontier Digital Phone Service local service product offered by that associated LEC and must be on the main billing number on the account in order to be eligible for the Frontier Digital Phone Service option.
