WSB Property definition
WSB Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.11. (yyy) "WSB Public Reports" means the reports and other information required to be filed by WSB with the SEC pursuant to the Exchange Act, together with the reports to shareholders required to be delivered by WSB to its shareholders pursuant to Exchange Act Rule 14a-3, in each case from and after June 30, 2004.
