WSA Intangible Personal Property definition

WSA Intangible Personal Property means all signs, logos, trade names, trademarks or styles relating to the WSA Real Property owned by Authority (specifically including the name “Washington Street Apartments”) and all other intangible property owned or hereafter to be acquired by Authority in connection with the WSA Real Property, WSA Improvements and WSA Personal Property including, but not limited to, licenses, use, occupancy and operating permits, brochures, manuals, lists of prospective tenants, advertising materials and assignable telephone numbers), warranties and guaranties in effect, all plans, specifications, including, without limitation, all working drawings and “as-built” drawings, approvals, reports and studies.

  • Intangible Personal Property means incorporeal personal property including, but not limited to, deposits in banks, negotiable instruments, mortgages, debts, receivables, shares of stock, bonds, notes, credits, evidences of an interest in property, evidences of debt, and choses in action generally.

  • Tangible Personal Property means all tangible personal property and interests therein, including machinery, computers and accessories, furniture, office equipment, communications equipment, automobiles, trucks, forklifts and other vehicles owned or leased by the Company and other tangible property.

  • Leased Intangible Property means all Intangible Property (as defined in the Purchase and Sale Agreement) acquired by Landlord with respect to the Leased Property pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.

  • Eligible personal property means property that meets all of the following conditions:

  • Excluded Personal Property has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(c).

  • Leased Personal Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(e).

  • Personal Property means any machinery, equipment, tools, vehicles, furniture, leasehold improvements, office equipment, plant, parts and other tangible personal property.

  • Assisted cleaning or washing of tangible personal property means cleaning or washing of tangible personal property if the cleaning or washing labor is primarily performed by an individual:

  • Intangible Property shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.1(c) hereof.

  • Personal Property Collateral means all Collateral other than Real Property.

  • Personal Property Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(e).

  • General Intangibles is all “general intangibles” as defined in the Code in effect on the date hereof with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation, all Intellectual Property, claims, income and other tax refunds, security and other deposits, payment intangibles, contract rights, options to purchase or sell real or personal property, rights in all litigation presently or hereafter pending (whether in contract, tort or otherwise), insurance policies (including without limitation key man, property damage, and business interruption insurance), payments of insurance and rights to payment of any kind.

  • General Intangible means any personal property, including things in action, other than accounts, chattel paper, commercial tort claims, deposit accounts, documents, goods, instruments, investment property, letter-of-credit rights, letters of credit, money, and oil, gas, or other minerals before extraction. The term includes payment intangibles and software.

  • Fixtures and Equipment means, with respect to any Person, all of the furniture, fixtures, furnishings, machinery and equipment owned or leased by such Person and located in, at or upon the Assets of such Person.

  • Tenant’s Personal Property means all motor vehicles, Inventories, FAS and any other tangible personal property of Tenant, if any, acquired by Tenant at its election and with its own funds on and after the date hereof and located at the Leased Property or used in Tenant's business at the Leased Property and all modifications, replacements, alterations and additions to such personal property installed at the expense of Tenant, other than any items included within the definition of Proprietary Information.

  • Chattels means all fixtures, furnishings, fittings, appliances, apparatus, equipment, building materials and components, machinery and articles of personal property, of whatever kind or nature, including any replacements, proceeds or products thereof and additions thereto, other than those owned by lessees, now or at any time hereafter intended to be or actually affixed to, attached to, placed upon, or used in any way in connection with the complete and comfortable use, enjoyment, development, occupancy or operation of the Premises, and whether located on or off the Premises.

  • Tangible Property means any furniture, fixtures, leasehold improvements, vehicles, office equipment, computer equipment, other equipment, machinery, tools, forms, supplies or other tangible personal property of any nature.

  • Company Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property that is owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Company Intellectual Property Assets means the Intellectual Property Assets used or owned by the Company or any of its subsidiaries.

  • Seller Intellectual Property means the Seller Owned Intellectual Property and the Seller Licensed Intellectual Property.

  • Business Intellectual Property means the Owned Intellectual Property and the Licensed Intellectual Property.

  • Purchased Intellectual Property has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(g).

  • Owned Company Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property owned by the Company or any Company Subsidiary, other than unregistered items of Intellectual Property.

  • Excluded Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property (including Software, but excluding Trademarks), owned by Seller and its Affiliates as of the date hereof that is not Acquired IP.

  • Personalty means all of the following:

  • Real Property Interests means all interests in real property of whatever nature, including easements, whether as owner or holder of a Security Interest, lessor, sublessor, lessee, sublessee or otherwise.
