Written Guarantee definition

Written Guarantee means the Written Guarantee or warranty issued by the Contractor and/or
Written Guarantee means the written Guarantee or warranty issued by the Installer in respect of the Works;
Written Guarantee means the written commitment from the Contractor to rectify a Defect in the Insured Works; and issued by the Contractor to You.

Written Guarantee means the document that defines the obligations of the Policyholder to the Beneficiary in making good any Inherent Defect in the Insured Works. The Written Guarantee or a copy must be provided to the Insurer in the event of a claim.
Written Guarantee means the warranty issued by the Contractor to -and in favour of- the first Policy Holder, setting out the Contractor’s remedial obligations in the event of any regrowth of Japanese Knotweed, within the Defined Area, which has occurred subsequent to the Completion Date.
