  • Contractor shall operate and be capable of providing Wrecker Services in accordance with this Agreement twenty-four (24) hours a day, three-hundred-sixty-five (365) days a year including weekends and holidays.

  • No vehicles used to perform Wrecker Services hereunder shall be older than ten (10) years, and Contractor shall allow City access to inspect Contractor’s vehicles or other Equipment upon request.

  • All fees owed to Contractor in relation to the performance of Wrecker Services for vehicles towed to ▇▇▇▇▇ Towing yard under this Agreement shall be the responsibility of and be collected by Contractor.
