• Contractor shall manage all Non-consent towing services and operations for the City of ▇▇▇▇ Valley and ensure that Wrecker Services are performed to industry standard procedures that achieve safe and reliable towing service, and to preserve personal property in possession or care or care of Contractor.

• Grantee shall comply with all requirements of the Savannah Code, Part 6, Chapter 1, Article P, entitled "Wrecker Services", all zoning, insurance, and building code regulations, and with all applicable State laws, including wrecker emergency safety equipment requirements.

• Contractor shall perform Wrecker Services under the laws, regulations, orders, ordinances and guidelines of the State of Texas, Bexar County and the City.

• Contractor shall operate and be capable of providing Wrecker Services in accordance with this Agreement twenty-four (24) hours a day, three-hundred-sixty-five (365) days a year including weekends and holidays.

• No vehicles used to perform Wrecker Services hereunder shall be older than ten (10) years, and Contractor shall allow City access to inspect Contractor’s vehicles or other Equipment upon request.

• All fees owed to Contractor in relation to the performance of Wrecker Services for vehicles towed to ▇▇▇▇▇ Towing yard under this Agreement shall be the responsibility of and be collected by Contractor.
