• Producer agrees to notify TRV in writing in the event Producer (either itself or through any other entity) elects to produce any Additional WPT Program(s), one hundred and eighty (180) days prior to beginning of the applicable WPT event, thus triggering TRV's right of first negotiation and last refusal.

• If TRV exercises its fifth Option under Paragraph 4 above (for the Season 7 Programs), and provided that TRV is not in material breach of this Agreement, TRV shall have an exclusive right of first negotiation and last refusal with respect to the development and/or production of any additional program(s) covering or presenting World Poker Tour tournaments (e.g., World Poker Tour VIII) ("Additional WPT Program(s)").
