WPP means the Westinghouse Pension Plan Document component of the CCPP (or, for periods prior to the merger of the Westinghouse Pension Plan into the CCPP, the Westinghouse Pension Plan).

WPP means J. Wxxxxx Xxxxxxxx U.S.A., Inc., a Delaware corporation.
WPP means WPP Group plc, and any and all successors thereto.
WPP is Worldwide Power Products, LLC and its affiliated companies, their respective members, officers, directors, employees and agents. Customer rents the Equipment from WPP pursuant to this Rental Agreement. Customer shall pay WPP the rental rates (including any minimum rental on the Rental Agreement on page 1) and other charges described herein when due, shall return the Equipment to WPP as required herein, and shall otherwise comply with this Rental Agreement. This Rental Agreement is a true lease. The Equipment: (a) is and shall remain the personal property of WPP; and (b) shall not be affixed to any real property or other personal property. WPP represents that this Rental Agreement shall be superior to any of its lender’s rights with respect to the Equipment.
WPP has the meaning set out in Schedule 10 [Safety].
WPP means West-Point Pepperell, Inc., a Georgia corporation that was merged with and into the Borrower in connection with the Merger.

Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in this Letter Agreement shall have the meaning given to such terms in the Deposit Agreement. On December 11, 2012, the share owners of Old WPP approved a proposed scheme of arrangement pursuant to Article 125 of the Companies (Jersey) Law of 1991 (“Scheme of Arrangement”) which, in part, and having been sanctioned by the Royal Court of Jersey on December 18, 2012, will result in the formation of WPP as the Jersey incorporated parent company of Old WPP.
