WPAA Drawings definition

WPAA Drawings means the drawings approved by the Chair of the City Planning Commission in connection with Application N 140140 ZCK and set forth in Section4.01 of the Declaration.
WPAA Drawings means the following drawings showing the plans for the WPAA prepared by MPFP LLC/M. Paul Friedburg & Partners, copies of which are attached hereto as Exhibit D-2 and made a part hereof, as the same may be modified hereafter in accordance with this Declaration:

  • The proposed numerical method has been validated over a representative range of Mach numbers, for 3D test cases.

  • DPR shall approve Design Submissions that are consistent with the WPAA Drawings, subject to Section 4.5 hereof.

  • DPR may approve a Design Submission with recommendations for modifications (the “CityRecommendations”) and Declarant shall incorporate the City Recommendations in revised construction drawings unless Declarant submits to DPR a written explanation (an “Objection”) of why it believes that such modifications would increase the cost of the WPAA Work or are otherwise not in conformity with the WPAA Drawings.

  • Together with its application for approval of Final Plans and Specifications/100% Construction Drawings,‌Declarant shall file an application pursuant to ZR Section 62-811 (Waterfront public access and visual corridors) requesting that the Chair certify that, except with respect to the waivers granted under the WPAA Authorizations, the revised WPAA Drawings comply with the requirements of the Waterfront Regulations.

  • They will be observed for a year after release - if convicted at court of a further crime committed at any point during that period, they will be marked as a failure against the prison.

  • Declarant acknowledges that DCP and DPR have reviewed and approved the WPAA Drawings and agrees that it may not submit any Design Submission pursuant to this Article IV which is not in substantial conformity with such WPAA Drawings without the prior written approval of DPR and DCP.

  • Owner delivers true and complete copies of the Approved WPAA Drawings to Parks and certifies in good faith that there were no significant deviations from such Approved WPAA Drawings in the final construction.

  • The Commissioner shall, within ten (10) business days of its receipt of Owner’s written notice, (i) issue the Notice of Substantial or Final Completion, as applicable, or (ii) notify Owner in writing of any work which has not been completed in accordance with the Approved WPAA Drawings and must be completed before the Commissioner of Parks will issue a Certification of Substantial or Final Completion.

  • Contract Drawings means those drawings specifically entitled as such and listed in the Specifications or in any Addendum, or any drawings furnished by the Commissioner, pertaining or supplemental thereto.

  • Shop Drawings means drawings, submitted to the PHA by the Contractor, subcontractor, or any lower tier subcontractor, showing in detail (1) the proposed fabrication and assembly of structural elements and (2) the installation (i.e., form, fit, and attachment details) of materials of equipment. It includes drawings, diagrams, layouts, schematics, descriptive literature, illustrations, schedules, performance and test data, and similar materials furnished by the Contractor to explain in detail specific portions of the work required by the contract. The PHA may duplicate, use, and disclose in any manner and for any purpose shop drawings delivered under this contract.

  • As-built drawings, as used in this clause, means drawings submitted by the Contractor or subcontractor at any tier to show the construction of a particular structure or work as actually completed under the contract. “As-built drawings” shall be synonymous with “Record

  • Working Drawings means the final working drawings approved by Landlord, as amended from time to time by any approved changes thereto, and “Work” means all improvements to be constructed in accordance with and as indicated on the Working Drawings, together with any work required by governmental authorities to be made to other areas of the Building as a result of the improvements indicated by the Working Drawings. Landlord’s approval of the Working Drawings shall not be a representation or warranty of Landlord that such drawings are adequate for any use or comply with any Law, but shall merely be the consent of Landlord thereto. Tenant shall, at Landlord’s request, sign the Working Drawings to evidence its review and approval thereof. After the Working Drawings have been approved, Tenant shall cause the Work to be performed in accordance with the Working Drawings.

  • The DRAWINGS / MAPS means the drawing/map or drawings/maps mentioned in NIT and any modifications of them approved by the Employer or any further Working drawings/maps or sketches by the Employer or any further working drawings/maps or sketches which may be furnished or approved in writing by the Employer.

  • Drawings means the drawings prepared by the Architects and issued by the Engineer and referred to in the specifications and any modifications of such drawings as may be issued by the Engineer from time to time ‘Contract value shall mean value of the entire work as stipulated in the letter of acceptance of tender subject such additions there to or deductions there from as may be made under the provide herein after contained.

  • Construction Drawings means those drawings containing the technical details associated with the design, construction and installation of the Infrastructure;

  • Record Drawings means a reproducible set of Construction Documents into which the Architect has incorporated: (a) clarifications, sketches and other Modifications made by the Architect during the Construction Phase; and (b) significant changes in the Work made during construction as shown on the Trade Contractor’s As-Built Drawings.

  • Shop Drawing means any and all drawings, diagrams, layouts, explanations, illustrations, manufacturer's drawings or other written or graphic materials which illustrate any portion of the construction work.

  • Final Drawing has the meaning specified in Section 3.05(i).

  • Special Drawing Rights and the symbol “SDR” mean special drawing rights as valued by the International Monetary Fund in accordance with its Articles of Agreement”;

  • Interest Drawing has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.6(a).

  • Line Item means a field of information (or a combination of fields of information) to be entered in a Settlement Schedule by any Participating Subscriber in relation to a Conveyancing Transaction.

  • First draw sample means a one−liter sample of tap water that has been standing in plumbing pipes at least 6 hours and is collected without flushing the tap.

  • Project Preparation Advance is modified to read “Preparation Advance” and its definition is modified to read as follows:

  • Non-Extension Drawing has the meaning specified in Section 3.5(d).

  • Swingline Facility means the swingline facility established pursuant to Section 2.2.

  • LOC means the entity awarded the Championships and entering into this Agreement, having executed the Attached Bid.

  • Drawing means the drawing or drawings specified in or annexed to the Specifications;

  • Downgrade Drawing has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.6(c).

  • Record drawing or “as-builts” means a set of reproducible drawings which show significant changes in the work made during construction and which are usually based on drawings marked up in the field and other data furnished by the contractor.

  • Maximum Drawing Amount means at the time in question the sum of the maximum amounts which LC Issuer might then or thereafter be called upon to advance under all Letters of Credit which are then outstanding.

  • Revolving Facility Loans shall include the Other Revolving Loans.

  • Swingline Expiry Date means that date which is five Business Days prior to the Revolving Loan Maturity Date.

  • Replacement Revolving Facility Commitments shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(l).

  • Replacement Revolving Loans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(l).
