Workshare definition

Workshare means allocation of work between the Parties developed by the Parties as each initiative is developed.
Workshare means the supplies and services to be provided by the SNSA, UJD, SUJB and HAEA to ENCO as more particularly set out in Annex 1 to this Consortium Agreement;
Workshare means the effort to be performed by COR or SDI under a Contract or Subcontract as set forth in and for which responsibility is assigned to COR or SDI pursuant to Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • All invoices issued by Workshare will be due and payable within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice.

Workshare means allocation of work between the Parties developed by the Parties as each initiative is developed. 4. “Business Initiative” means a bona-fide business opportunity described by a Statement of Work and with potential customers or markets identified and a general statement of the roles envisioned for each Party. The Party proposing the Business Initiative pledges to expend effort to research, develop, and otherwise pursue that Business Initiative. A Business Initiative must be signed by both Parties and must identify which Party is the proposing Party.
Workshare means that part of the Project which will be undertaken by the Subcontractor and which is either described in the Statement of Subcontractor's Share of Work or will be agreed between the parties pursuant to Clause 4.4 herein.
