Works / Services means all the services specified in the “Scope of Work” of the RFP and/or to be executed in accordance with the agreement and includes Labour, materials, apparatus, equipment of all kinds to be provided, the obligations of the Service Provider hereunder and work to be done by the Service Provider under the Contract.

Works / Services means works/ services to be undertaken in accordance with Section B: Terms of Reference of this PQD including any revisions in such Terms of Reference as are included in the Project Agreement to be signed between the Contractor and the Client.

Works / Services means Highway, sidewalk, boulevard, boulevard crossing, transit bay, street lighting, underground wiring, water distribution systems, sewage collective systems, sewage disposal systems, drainage collection systems, drainage disposal systems and hydro or power related systems within the Project Area. For the purposes of this Servicing Protocol, Works & Services includes any connections to Highway or service mains that exist in Common Area(s).

If deficiencies in the outcomes of the Works / Services were not rectified within the timeframe established by the Client or they cannot be rectified, the Client bears the right to unilaterally and as per out-of-court procedure withdraw from the Agreement and refuse to pay for the Works / Services.
Applications to take annual leave outside of these dates can be lodged with the Works Supervisor and the Executive Manager Works & Services and may be approved if the absence of the applicant can be accommodated without disruption to normal works operations during the proposed period of leave.
The Client is obliged to pay the Contractor’s remuneration on the basis of the Certificate for the Delivery / Acceptance of Works / Services (or stages thereof), signed by the Parties (hereinafter the “Acceptance Certificate”) (Annex 1 to the Statement of Works), within 30 working days after the signing of the Acceptance Certificate by the Parties.

The Developer covenants and agrees with the District to assign, transfer and convey to the District all of its right, title and interest in the Works & Services on any and all of the Lands, upon or in which the Works & Services are situated, upon the completion of the Works & Services, (as witnessed by the issuance of a Certificate of Substantial Completion).
This letter of Substantial Completion shall not be construed as acceptance of the Works & Services.
Any variation or alternative approval to this process is at the discretion of the Manager Project Works & Services.
The Developer shall complete the construction of the Works & Services, specified in Appendices "A" and "B" to the satisfaction of the District, within one (1) year from the date of this Agreement.
In the event that the Developer fails to construct and install the Works & Services prescribed herein within the time specified in Clause 7, the said Security Deposit will be forfeited to the District.

Works / Services means the provision of equipment, supplies, labor, supervision, transportation installation, operation, maintenance, and dismantling of the facilities necessary and/or convenient to the successful completion of the Works/Services described in the applicable provisions of the Work Order and covering offer of the Contractor as accepted by ADB.

Works / Services means the works and/or services described and specified in the Purchase Order including all necessary ancillary and associated consumables, things or works and/or services.

Works / Services means the works described in the Quotation that the Company has agreed to perform under this Contract.
