Works in Progress means components of any Business Product (which such Business Products and components are set forth on Schedule 1.1(f) of the Disclosure Letter) that Sellers reasonably believe will be available for sale within six (6) months after the date of this Agreement and which, as of the date of this Agreement, have not been cleared for use, sale and distribution.
