Workmanship Warranty is warranty that covers defects that arise from the workmanship in installing the Equipment. THE AGREEMENT By engaging the business to provide the Services to the Customer, the Customer has read, understood and agrees to these terms and conditions. Related to Workmanship Warranty

  • Workmanship means a good and high quality and standard of delivery in connection with the Services performed; “Works” means the supply of Goods and the provision of Services to the Customer as per each Statement of Work;
