Workmanship Warranty definition

Workmanship Warranty includes but is not limited to the following:
Workmanship Warranty is warranty that covers defects that arise from the workmanship in installing the Equipment. THE AGREEMENT By engaging the business to provide the Services to the Customer, the Customer has read, understood and agrees to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Customer and the Business relating to the provision of Goods and Services. The Customer should seek independent legal advice if it requires it, prior to entering into this Agreement.

Related to Workmanship Warranty
