Workmanship Warranty has the meaning set out in clause 13.2. “Works” means all Goods, Workmanship and sub-contractors’ services supplied by the Company to the Customer.

Without limiting Contractor’s obligations under the Workmanship Warranty, Contractor shall assist in the diagnosis of all system performance issues, and should Contractor determine that the problem requires an on-site assessment, Contractor will do so within five (5) Business Days for any Solar System that is not operating, and within ten (10) Business Days for all other occurrences.

Workmanship Warranty means the warranty provided by the Installer and/or Installer’s Affiliate under the applicable Home Improvement Contract.

Workmanship Warranty is warranty that covers defects that arise from the workmanship in installing the Equipment. By engaging the business to provide the Services to the Customer, the Customer has read, understood and agrees to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Customer and the Business relating to the provision of Goods and Services.
