Working Notice Period definition

Working Notice Period means the minimum twelve (12) month period of employment with the Participating Employer completed by an Eligible Team Member following the effective date of a Notice of Separation; provided that such period of employment will be extended by a period equal to the duration of any leave of absence granted to the Eligible Team Member during the Working Notice Period (i.e., any period of leave will need to be made up upon returning to work).
Working Notice Period the EXECUTIVE shall continue to provide services as requested by the EMPLOYER in which case the EXECUTIVE shall be provided with sufficient time to find alternate employment during the “Working Notice Period” with commencement after the Termination Date. The EMPLOYER may waive the EXECUTIVE’s requirement to work during this Period. In such case, the EXECUTIVE is entitled only to the amounts set forth in Subsections 3.3(1) and (2).

  • Inspection Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and expiring at 5:00 p.m. eastern time on the forty-fifth day after the Effective Date.

  • Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).

  • Opt-Out Notice has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(a) of this Agreement.

  • Special Termination Notice means the Notice of Special Termination substantially in the form of Annex VII to this Agreement.
