Working in the Electrical Industry definition

Working in the Electrical Industry means performing any work of any kind coming under the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in the geographical jurisdiction of this Plan or any reciprocal plan either for compensation or gratis, including, but not by way of limitation, performing work in the following segments of the Electrical Industry: original electrical installation and maintenance on all industrial plants, commercial buildings and residences, line construction, electrical motor winding, shipyard electrical work, electrical sign installations, sound and communications and electrical alarms and surveillance systems; and also includes work performed as an estimator or supervisor under the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers’ jurisdiction.

  • WORKING AFTER RETIREMENT‌ In order to be considered retired, you must withdraw and completely refrain from Working in the Electrical Industry.

  • You are considered having withdrawn and refraining from Working in the Electrical Industry if you elect retirement and complete zero hours for one or more calendar months.If you return to work for an Employer, or otherwise begin Working in the Electrical Industry following Early Retirement, Normal Retirement, or Late Retirement, you will not generally receive a retirement benefit payment for any month in which you have been employed for over 40 covered hours.

  • Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Ethanol means a high octane gasoline blend stock that is used to make various grades of gasoline.

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Interconnection is As Defined in the Act.

  • Commercial Operations Upon satisfaction of the following conditions, the Facility shall be considered to have achieved Commercial Operations on the Day specified in Seller's written notice described below: (i) the Acceptance Test has been passed, (ii) all generating units have passed Control System Acceptance Tests, (iii) the Transfer Date has occurred, (iv) Seller has (1) provided to Company the Required Models (as defined in Section 6(a) (Seller's Obligation to Provide Models) of Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller)) in the form of Source Code, (2) placed the current version of the Source Code for the Required Models with the Source Code Escrow Agent as required in Section 6(b)(i)(A) (Establishment of Source Code Escrow) of Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller), or (3) if Seller is unable to arrange for the placement of the appropriate Source Code into the Source Code Escrow account, placed the required funds with the Monetary Escrow Agent as required in Section 6(b)(ii)(A) (Establishment of Monetary Escrow) of Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller), and (v) Seller provides Company with written notice that (aa) Seller is ready to declare the Commercial Operations Date and (bb) the Commercial Operations Date will occur within 24 hours (i.e., the next Day).

  • Transportation network company means a company or organization facilitating and/or providing transportation services using a computer or digital application or platform to connect or match passengers with drivers for compensation or a fee.

  • Telemedicine means the exchange of medical information from one site to another via electronic communications for the purpose of providing patient care, treatment, and services.
