Working Gas Capacity definition

Working Gas Capacity. “ is the ability of storing a certain amount of Natural Gas in the Natural Gas Storage Facility.
Working Gas Capacity means the working gas quantity in kWh which the storage customer may inject in total according to the storage contract.
Working Gas Capacity or “WGC” means a technically verifiable volume of gas that can be cycled once during the storage year or failing that, NGTL’s determination of such number based on historical data.

  • In case that Individual Unit Fixed Storage Fees are determined for the whole Working Gas Capacity, then the final Fixed Storage Fee shall be invoiced starting from the calendar month, in which the next invoice for Fixed Storage Fee shall be issued, and the Contractual Partners shall settle the difference described below (if any).

  • Fixed Storage Fee The Fixed Storage Fee shall be calculated as the unit Fixed Storage Fee (EUR/MWh) (hereinafter referred to as the “Unit Fixed Storage Fee”) multiplied by the Working Gas Capacity (MWh).

  • Fall-back Spread Locking Mechanism 100% of the Working Gas Capacity shall be locked for Spread by 28 June 2024 (including).


More Definitions of Working Gas Capacity

Working Gas Capacity means the maximum Working Gas quantity in kWh which the Storage Customer in total is entitled to hold pursuant to the Storage Contract. (2) Annexes Annex I (Technical Specifications), Annex II (Rules for Nomination) and Annex III (Products and Fees) are integral parts of these GTCSS and upon conclusion of a Storage Contract become part of this Storage Contract. (3) Interpretation Reference to a calendar day (such as 1st April) or to a day of a week (such as Sunday) is to the Day which begins at 6:00 hours on that calendar day and lasts until 6:00 hours of the next calendar day. Reference to a calendar month is to the period from 6:00 hours on the first (1st) day of a month until 6:00 hours on the first (1st) day of the next month. References to times of a day (e.g. 6:00 hours) or periods of a day (e.g. from 0:00 to 24:00 hours) refer to German time and are given in 24 hour format. A reference to a person shall include a reference to a company, corporation or body corporate. A reference to one gender shall include a reference to the other gender. A derivative term of a defined term shall be construed in accordance with the relevant definition. Terms applied in relation to the Storage Customer in these GTCSS shall have the equivalent meanings when applied in these GTCSS in relation to other Customers; for example, the reference to “working gas” of a Customer other than the Storage Customer shall mean the quantity of Natural Gas in kWh owned by such Customer, which is the sum of the Natural Gas quantities that are injected for the Customer into the Storage Facility and the Natural Gas quantities which are transferred to such Customer less the sum of the Natural Gas quantities that are withdrawn for thisCustomer from the Storage Facility, the Natural Gas quantities transferred by such Customer to other Customers and the Special Losses to be borne by such Customer. § 2 Conclusion of Storage Contract (1) EGD publishes available storage capacities on its Website (www.edf-gas- deutschland.de), identifying the Storage Facility where the storage capacities are available and the available storage products based on the Technical Specifications of the Storage Facility in Annex I (together “Available Storage Services”). Working Gas Capacity means, with respect to each Swan Facility, the amount of natural gas set forth on Schedule 1.1(a) opposite the name of such Swan Facility, assuming a normal 151-day winter withdrawal cycle (November through March) and normal operating conditions, including (i) adequate pipeline supply (injection) and takeaway (withdrawal) capacity upstream (injection) and downstream (withdrawal) of such Swan Facility (ii) adequate pressures upstream (injection) and downstream (withdrawal) of such Swan Facility, (iii) there are no planned or unplanned outages at such Swan Facility, (iv) there are no planned or unplanned outages or curtailments upstream (injection) or downstream (withdrawal) of such Swan Facility and (v) the allocation of priorities amongst the pools at such Swan Facility are unconstrained consistent with historical operating practice at each Swan Facility.

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

  • Contracted Capacity means the capacity (in MW AC) contracted with MSEDCL for supply by the successful bidder at the Delivery Point from the Solar Power Project.

  • Base Capacity Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and the clearing price for Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Resource Constraint is binding.
