Working Drawings and Specifications definition

Working Drawings and Specifications means the Plans and Specifications for Building Standard and nonstandard finishes for Completion of the Premises including architectural, mechanical and electrical working drawings.
Working Drawings and Specifications means a complete set of drawings and specifications based on the Space Plan and sufficient to permit proper bidding by Contractor and subcontractors and also sufficient to obtain a building permit for the Project. The Working Drawings and Specifications shall be made with precision and detail, specifying material to be used and the construction methods to be employed for the complete installation and construction of all Tenant Improvements. Such Working Drawings and Specifications shall include at a minimum:

  • Should Tenant disapprove the Working Drawings and Specifications and the Final Cost Estimate, such disapproval shall be accompanied by a detailed list of revisions.

  • Landlord shall complete, or cause to be completed, the Tenant Improvements, at the construction cost shown in the approved Final Cost Estimate (subject to the provisions of this Work Letter), in accordance with final Working Drawings and Specifications approved by both Landlord and Tenant.

  • Landlord shall complete, or cause to be completed, the Tenant Improvements, at the construction cost shown in the Final Cost Estimate (subject to increases for Landlord approved Changes and as otherwise provided in this Work Letter), in accordance with final Working Drawings and Specifications approved by both Landlord and Tenant.

  • Tenant shall employ engineers approved by Landlord to prepare Mechanical and Electrical Working Drawings and Specifications showing complete plans for electrical, life safety, automation, plumbing, water, and air cooling, ventilating, heating and temperature control and shall employ engineers designated by Landlord to prepare for Landlord a capacity and usage report (“Capacity Report”) for all mechanical and electrical systems in the Premises.

  • Any required revisions to such Working Drawings and Specifications shall be prepared and resubmitted by Tenant to Landlord within ten (10) days of receipt of notice from Landlord.

  • It is understood that the Preliminary Plan and the Working Drawings and Specifications, together with any Changes thereto, shall be subject to the prior approval of Landlord.

  • Upon Tenant’s approval of the Preliminary Plan and Preliminary Cost Estimate and delivery of the complete Programming Information, Landlord’s Architect and engineers shall prepare and deliver to the parties working drawings and specifications (“Working Drawings and Specifications”), and Landlord’s Contractor shall prepare a final construction cost estimate (“Final Cost Estimate”) for the Tenant Improvements in conformity with the Working Drawings and Specifications.
