Working Documentation definition

Working Documentation means architectural drawings, structural drawings, construction drawing, specifications, schedules or such other documents which are provided to Precast together with any subsequent variation, amendment or instruction.
Working Documentation means any architectural drawings, structural drawings and construction drawings, specifications and reinforcement schedules or such other documents which are provided by the Customer to ACS together with any subsequent variation, amendment or site instruction.
Working Documentation means architectural drawings, site drawings, structural drawings and construction drawings, specifications and reinforcement schedules or such other similar documents which are provided by or on behalf of Purchaser to Supplier.

More Definitions of Working Documentation

Working Documentation means technical documentation to be developed by the Contractor to specify in greater detail certain provisions of the Design Documentation, including explanatory notes, design drawings, graphics, working materials and specifications in accordance with the Design Documentation. The Working Documentation contains an in-depth and more detailed presentation of the sections of the Design Documentation.
Working Documentation means documentation developed in elaboration of the design documentation and construction organization plan (COP), and consisting of documents in text form, engineering drawings, estimate documents, equipment and articles specification, containing information of a construction facility, determined by the legal regulations of the Russian Federation in the scope required for the performance of Works at the Facility and approved by the Customer “Approved for construction”. The Working Documentation shall be passed by the Customer to the Contractor under a transfer and acceptance statement. “Trade Secret Regime” means legal, organizational, technical, and other measures taken by the holder of the Information constituting a Trade Secret to protect its confidentiality. “Parties” means individuals and/or legal entities who signed the Agreement and acting as the Customer and the Contractor. “Concealed Works” means the Works performed and concealed by subsequent Works and structures, the quality and precision whereof will become unidentifiable after the performance of subsequent construction Works and installation of structures, and the actual performance whereof needs to be confirmed by the Construction Supervision of the Customer. “Term of the Agreement” means the period from the date of Agreement’s coming into force till the complete performance by the Parties of the obligations hereunder, which include the obligations of the Parties during the warrantee period. “Construction Site” means a land plot transferred to the Contractor for the period of Works performance till the Facility commissioning, and suitable for the Works performance hereunder. “Construction Supervision of the Customer” means a set of arrangements conducted by the Customer’s Representatives in the course of construction, reconstruction, capital repair of capital construction facilities, in order to ensure the compliance of the works performed with the requirements of design documentation, technical regulations, results of engineering surveys, requirements of a development plan for the land plot. “Work Specification” means appendix No 2 hereto which contains types of works, structure of documentation passed to the Contractor, and special terms and requirements which the Contractor needs to take into account when performing the Works. “Works Milestone” means a portion of Works which may be inspected and accepted by the Customer, and provided for in the Agreement, Design Documentation and stipulat...
