Working Capital Note definition

Working Capital Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of any Working Capital Lender, in substantially the form of Exhibit A-4 hereto, evidencing the aggregate indebtedness of the Borrower to such Lender resulting from the Working Capital Advances made by such Lender.
Working Capital Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of any Working Capital Lender, in substantially the form of Exhibit A-1 hereto, evidencing the aggregate indebtedness of the Borrower to such Lender resulting from the Working Capital Advances made by such Lender, as amended.
