Working Capital Lenders definition

Working Capital Lenders means the lenders from time to time party to the Working Capital Credit Agreement.

Working Capital Lenders means those Working Capital Lenders identified on Schedule 2.01 and each other Person that acquires the rights and obligations of any such Working Capital Lender in accordance with Section 11.04 (Assignments) but excluding any Person that has assigned all of its rights and obligations under the Working Capital Facility Agreement in accordance with Section 11.04 (Assignments) (other than in connection with the sale of participations) and Participants.

Working Capital Lenders means any “Lender” as such term is defined in the Working Capital Credit Agreement.

• Within the limits of each Working Capital Lender's Unused Working Capital Commitment in effect from time to time, the Borrower may borrow under this Section 2.01(c), prepay pursuant to Section 2.06(a) and reborrow under this Section 2.01(c).

Working Capital Lenders means the “Lenders” from time to time party to the SVB Loan Agreement.
