Working Capital Advances definition

Working Capital Advances shall have the meaning described in Section 5.7 herein.
Working Capital Advances made to Maker pursuant to Sections 5.3(b) and 5.7, respectively, of the Management Agreement for a Gaming Facility and Related Ancillary Facilities dated January 12, 2005 entered into between the Maker and Lender (the "Management Contract"), plus interest on any Working Capital Advances from the date of such advances, in like money, in accordance with the following terms and provisions:
Working Capital Advances shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2 (c) hereof.

Examples of Working Capital Advances in a sentence

  • To the extent multiple Working Capital Expenses (payment of which is permitted to be made using such Excess Working Capital Advance) are outstanding, any funding or use by the Manager of Excess Working Capital Advances for payment of all or any of the same shall follow the relevant priorities as set forth in the Priority of Payments and in Section 3.1 of the Custodial and Paying Agency Agreement, as applicable.

  • The proceeds of Excess Working Capital Advances for payment of Working Capital Expenses shall be deposited into the Collection Account for disbursement therefrom for the payment of such permitted Working Capital Expenses.

  • Excess Working Capital Advances shall be repaid in accordance with Section 5.1 of the Custodial and Paying Agency Agreement.

  • All such advances shall be Owner Working Capital Advances or Additional Manager Advances, as applicable.

  • The Manager may not assign, sell, transfer, participate, pledge, or hypothecate, in whole or in part, its interest in any Excess Working Capital Advances without the consent of the Initial Member.


More Definitions of Working Capital Advances

Working Capital Advances means any advances voluntarily made by a Member or an Affiliate thereof to the Company for the purpose of funding the working capital needs of the Company or of a Subsidiary or Property Subsidiary.
Working Capital Advances means Advances borrowed by the Borrower for use by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries for working capital purposes.
