Workers’ Compensation Liability Policy definition

Workers’ Compensation Liability Policy means the Workers Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance Policy by and between Patient Care, Inc. and Zurich American Insurance Company, with policy number WC 2938825-03, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
