Workers Compensation Legislation definition

Workers Compensation Legislation means the Act Respecting Industrial Accidents and Occupational Diseases, R.S.Q., c. A. 3.001, as amended and any other similar legislation in other jurisdictions including for greater certainty the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act (Ontario).

  • Amount of Benefit: The amount of benefit shall not be reduced by Disability Pension payments under War Veteran's or Worker's Compensation Legislation if the disability is unrelated.

  • This policy is subject to the provisions of relevant State Workers Compensation Legislation.

  • UK Data Protection Legislation means all applicable data protection and privacy legislation in force from time to time in the UK including the UK GDPR; the Data Protection Act 2018; the Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive 2002/58/EC (as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/2426) as amended.
