Section 3.4 Insurance Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the County, the contractor shall maintain such insurance as will protect him from all claims under Worker's Compensation Acts; General Liability Insurance protecting him from any other claims for damage for personal injury, including death, which may arise from operations under this contract, whether such operations be by himself or by any sub-contractor or anyone directly or indirectly employed by either of them, and property damage.

The indemnification obligation under this Paragraph shall not be limited in any way by any limitation on the amount or type of damages, compensation or benefits payable by or for the benefit of Seller under Workers' Compensation Acts, occupational disease acts, disability benefits acts or other employee benefits acts.
