Work Programme and Budget definition
Work Programme and Budget means a work programme for Petroleum Operations and budget therefor approved in accordance with this Agreement.
Work Programme and Budget means an itemised statement of Petroleum Operations to be carried out in the Contact Area and a detailed breakdown of the Contract Expenses associated therewith, including both capital and operating budgets, all in a form acceptable to the Government.
Work Programme and Budget means an annual plan and budget for the conduct of those Petroleum Operations to be undertaken in the year governed by such plan.

The Work Programme and Budget for the period from the date of effectiveness of the Exploration Licence to the end of the said licence shall be presented to the Advisory Committee within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date for review in accordance with paragraph 5.3.1.
In all other cases where Licensee wishes to amend the Work Programme and Budget, the amendment shall be referred to the Advisory Committee for its review and approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, before Licensee may proceed with its operations on the basis of such amended Work Programme and Budget.

Work Programme and Budget. : means the technical and financial document prepared by the Mineral Rights Holder detailing the work plans and budgeted expenditures to carry on Mining Activities in the Concession Area.
