Work of the District definition

Work of the District means those projects and works, including, but not limited to, structures, impoundments, wells, streams, and other watercourses, together with the appurtenant facilities and accompanying lands, which have been officially adopted by the Governing Board of the District as “Works of the District.” [Section 373.019(28), F.S.]
Work of the District means any lake or other impoundment, or stream or other watercourse, control structure, or other facility, owned and maintained by the District or adopted by the Governing Board as a work of the District.
