The Employer shall pay seventy-five percent (75%) and the employees shall pay twenty-five percent (25%) of the premiums as long as the Letter of Understanding on the Flexible Work Month continues in effect.
The increase in benefit premiums referred to in the Letter of Understanding on the Flexible Work Month attached to this Agreement are subject to the grant funding.

If contributions made on your behalf in a Work Month are: • Less than the monthly cost of coverage for the corresponding Benefit Month, the additional amount needed will be deducted from your Dollar Bank, if available; or • More than the monthly cost of coverage for the corresponding Benefit Month, the additional amount will be credited to your Dollar Bank.
