Work Materials definition

Work Materials means any information communicated or transmitted to us by you in order to perform the Services provided herein.
Work Materials means all studies, analyses, models, applications, reports, permits, plans, drawings, designs, drawings, specifications, blueprints, studies, memoranda, computation sheets, pro-forma assumptions, financial methodologies, computer files and media, or other documents, original works of authorship and similar work product, whether in digital or any other format, generated by or for the Lead Developer in performing the Work.
Work Materials means the Proposal and all studies, analyses, models, applications, reports, permits, plans, drawings, designs, drawings, specifications, blueprints, studies, memoranda, computation sheets, pro-forma assumptions, financial methodologies, computer files and media, or other documents, original works of authorship and similar work product, whether in digital or any other format, generated by or for the Lead Developer in submitting the Proposal or performing the Work.

  • After receipt of the Work Materials, District will pay Contractor for the services which the District determines were satisfactorily performed as of the effective date of the termination.

  • In the event of any termination, Contractor shall promptly deliver to the District any and all Work Materials prepared for the District prior to the effective date of such termination, all of which shall become District’s sole property.

  • The Owner shall determine the amount, quality, acceptability, and fitness of the several kinds of Work, Materials, and Equipment which are to be paid for under the Contract and shall decide all questions which may arise in relation to said Work and the construction thereof.

  • After receipt of the Work Materials, CITY will pay CONSULTANT for the services performed as of the effective date of the termination.

  • In the event the IV Entities are dissatisfied with any Work performed by Digimarc, the IV Entities may elect to provide written notice (which shall describe the nonconformity in reasonable detail) to Digimarc, in which case Digimarc shall have thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of such notice to correct the nonconformity and provide the revised Work Materials to the IV Entities.

  • SCAG may utilize any Work Products or Related Work Materials provided by Consultant pursuant to this Agreement, in any manner which SCAG deems appropriate without additional compensation to Consultant.


More Definitions of Work Materials

Work Materials means the materials, tools, equipment, parts, facilities, apparatus, supplies and utilities required for the performance of the Work but which are not required to be incorporated into the Civil Works or regularly consumed during performance of the Work.
Work Materials means any equipment that is used by the insured solely in the course of the insured's business; inclusive of stores of data and client records.
Work Materials. 4 means any and all finished and unfinished plans, specifications, maps, estimates, manuscripts, drawings, 5 descriptions, reports, other written, recorded, photographic, visual materials, documents, data, 6 deliverables, and other work products prepared or furnished by or for CONTRACTOR pursuant to this 7 Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall deliver copies of all Work Materials to CITY upon project 8 completion or other termination of this Agreement (see Section 16 below). The CITY reserves the right 10 have access to, control of, or actual or constructive possession of, the Work Materials prior to project 11 completion or Agreement expiration or termination.
Work Materials means any information materials or materials components that may be transferred by the Parties to each other in the process of works performance under the SOW or in its concern. Materials may include program codes, program documentation, proposals, projects, examples, models, descriptions, any other information, images, diagrams, documents, texts etc. Unless otherwise agreed in the SOW the materials shall use Language of Agreement.

Related to Work Materials

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.
