Work for the Xxxx definition

Work for the Xxxx means the Commonwealth program of that name designed to help job seekers gain the skills, experience and confidence that they need to move to work as soon as possible, while at the same time, making a positive contribution to their local community. ‘Work for the Xxxx Payments’ means all costs, charges and expenses payable in order to claim or place a Participant in a Work for the Xxxx place to the Employment Service Provider or any other entity.

Work for the Xxxx means the program of work of that name which is an ‘approved program of work for income support payment’ (as that term is defined in the Social Security Act 1991 (Cth)) as it applies to RJCP, or any other approved program of work for income support payment which We Notify to You.

Examples of Work for the Xxxx in a sentence

  • The Department of Jobs and Small Business has also purchased public and products liability insurance for Activity Host Organisations, owners of private property, land lease holders and farms who are receiving assistance on their property from job seekers undertaking Work for the Xxxx – Community Support Projects.

  • This insurance covers liability where a claim is denied under the Activity Host Organisation, owner or lease holder or farm’s own public liability insurance policy because that policy excludes particular claims arising in relation to Work for the Xxxx – Community Support Projects.

  • The Provider must ensure that each Participant participating in Work for the Xxxx activities receives the training required for the specific activity, including as specified in any relevant risk assessment, or as otherwise specified in any Guidelines.

  • Where the Provider has commenced a Participant in an Individual Hosted Activity, and the Participant subsequently leaves the relevant Work for the Xxxx Place, the Provider must, if the Activity Host Organisation wishes to continue the relevant Work for the Xxxx activity, use its best endeavours to replace the Participant in that place in a timely manner with a suitable replacement Participant and in consultation with the relevant Employment Service Provider.

  • Subject to the Provider’s compliance with this clause, the Provider may claim a Work for the Xxxx Place (as identified by the Employment Service Provider), which is advertised on the Department’s IT Systems and which commences in the future, up to 10 Business Days prior to the start date of the relevant Work for the Xxxx activity.

  • Note: Timeliness in replacing Participants in Work for the Xxxx Places and utilisation of Work for the Xxxx Places will be monitored.

  • The Provider agrees that: only an Employment Service Provider will identify and secure Work for the Xxxx Places for Participants; the Provider must not itself identify and secure Work for the Xxxx Places for Participants; and unless otherwise agreed by the Department of Jobs and Small Business in writing, the Provider must not provide, purchase, broker or arrange Work for the Xxxx activities.

  • The Department is not required to pay any fee or other payment to the Provider as a consequence of the Provider claiming or placing a Participant in a Work for the Xxxx Place in accordance with this clause 487.

Related to Work for the Xxxx

  • Home for the aged means that term as defined in section 20106 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.20106.
