Work Charges definition

Work Charges means the contract charges for the Project Work. “Contractor” refers to any person or entity who or which performs and/or supplies a portion of the Work as an independent contractor pursuant to a trade contract with Contractor, or pursuant to a purchase order issued by Contractor and approved by Homeowner, as herein provided. “Contract Documents” shall be comprised of as they come into existence: this Agreement; the trade contracts; the general conditions, exhibits and schedules to said trade contracts; the purchase orders (together with terms and conditions thereof); the plans, drawings, and specifications prepared, approved, or reevaluated by any architect; all approved written or graphic interpretations, clarifications, amendments, and changes to any of the foregoing documents; change orders; and scope changes. “Drawings” shall mean as described on Exhibit A hereto.
Work Charges means the sum of (a) all amounts payable to Contractors pursuant to all trade contracts and purchase orders, excluding all trade contracts and purchase orders covering inspections and/or testing of the Work only and all contracts described in Section 1.4 and (b) all Reimbursable Costs.

Examples of Work Charges in a sentence

  • There are no outstanding or disputed claims for any Work Charges and there are no outstanding liens or security interests in connection with any Work Charges.

  • To Borrower’s knowledge, there are no outstanding or disputed claims for any Work Charges and there are no outstanding liens or security interests in connection with any Work Charges.

  • In the event an agreement between the Collocator and SBC-13STATE is not reached regarding the Custom Work Charge, SBC-13STATE shall complete construction of the Collocator’s space pending resolution of the issue by the the appropriate Commission and the Collocator may withhold payment for the disputed charges while the issue remains unresolved; however, any disputed Custom Work Charges paid by the Collocator or owed to SBC-13STATE shall accrue interest at the rate established by the appropriate Commission.

  • All Custom Work Charges that are approved by the the appropriate Commission will be the basis for calculating a refund to a Collocator that has overpaid or the amount due to SBC-13STATE that was not paid or underpaid.

  • To Borrower’s knowledge and except as qualified by the PR Property Representation Condition and except in connection with the Prior Hurricane Damage, there are no outstanding or disputed claims for any Work Charges and there are no outstanding liens or security interests in connection with any Work Charges that are not covered by the Title Insurance Policy.

  • When a customer reports service trouble to the Company, and a service visit is made, if the trouble is not found in Company equipment or facilities, the customer shall be responsible for payment of Premises Work Charges, as set forth in Section 13 of the Exchange and Network Services Catalog.

  • Make Ready Work Charges include all of Ameritech's costs to prepare structure for the Attachments of the Attaching Party, including engineering, field surveys, permits, construction, rearrangement, replacements, inspections, administration and supervision.
