Work Boat definition

Work Boat means a self-propelled vessel that is used to perform duties such as fire/rescue, law enforcement, hydrographic surveys, spill/response, research, training, and construction (including drilling).
Work Boat means a small vessel used as a tug and any other small vessel engaged in or supporting marine and civil engineering works; and
Work Boat means a vessel used for commercial purposes to carry out work and/or provide services at sea. Workboats maybe vessels such as, but not limited to: Tugs, Pilot Boats, Conveyance vessels etc.
