Wood residue means, in reference to logging, manufacturing or milling processes, woody waste that is generated by the cutting, chipping, grinding, shaping, or smoothing of wood or wood products. Wood residue includes bark, chips, edging sawdust, shavings, or slabs and may include small amounts of glue, binder, or resin from wood products.
