WMB Annual Payment definition

WMB Annual Payment means the annual payment in the amount of $100,000 that MDLP is obligated to pay under Paragraph 8 of the Conservancy Trust Agreement to the Meadowlands Conservation Trust for a maximum time period of seventy-five (75) years as more particularly provided in the Conservancy Trust Agreement.

In the event that the Trustee incurs reimbursable amounts in excess of the Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount in any Anniversary Year, it may obtain reimbursement for such amounts in subsequent Anniversary Years, but in no event shall more than the Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount in aggregate be reimbursed to the Trustee per Anniversary Year.
