Witness Test means the Company’s right to witness the commissioning testing and/or Company-required Interconnecting Customer-owned communication system. Commissioning testing is defined in IEEE Standard 1547-2003.
Witness Test means a verification either by an on-site observation or review of documents that the interconnection installation evaluation required by IEEE Standard 1547 Section 5.3 and the commissioning test required by IEEE Standard 1547 Section 5.4 have been performed. Following receipt of the Certificate of Completion, the Company may inspect the Facility for compliance with standards by arranging for a Witness Test.
