Witness Point definition

Witness Point means a point in a work process where you must give prior notice to the Principal and the option of attendance may be exercised by the Principal.
Witness Point means a critical step in a manufacturing or testing process that is subject to witnessing by Owner or its authorized representative in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 5.6.
Witness Point has the meaning set out in Schedule 8 [Quality Management];

More Definitions of Witness Point

Witness Point means a point in the performance of a component or element of the Work, as defined in the Contract Documents, for which BC Hydro is entitled to review the Work performed before the Contractor proceeds with related Work.
Witness Point means one of the witness points for Equipment manufacturing and tests for selected items of Equipment (including tests at the place of manufacture of the Equipment).
