Wise for purposes of this Section 3.30 includes (A) all affiliates of Wise, (B) all partnerships, joint ventures and other business entities or organizations in which Wise was at any time or is a partner, joint venturer, member or participant and (C) all predecessor or former corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, organizations, businesses or other entities, whether in existence as of the date hereof or at any time prior to the date hereof, the obligations of which have been assumed by Wise or to which Wise has succeeded or substantially all of the assets of which have been acquired by Wise or to which Wise has succeeded.
