Wireless Service Providers definition

Wireless Service Providers means third parties that make wireless services available to You in connection with the Services, such as AT&T; and

• Additionally, the Licensee shall require its Wireless Service Providers to acknowledge this Agreement and that any and all Wireless Service Providers shall be responsible for complying with the terms of this Agreement and any Site Specific Permits in the event the Licensee fails to do so.
