The Subordinate Certificates, the Class A-P Certificates, the Class SES Certificates and the Class WIO Certificates shall be available to investors in interests representing minimum dollar Certificate Balances (or notional amounts) of $25,000 and integral dollar multiples of $1 in excess thereof.
