Windows CE means the MICROSOFT operating system for general embedded devices and specific targeted platforms and form factors, including all bug fixes, error corrections, modifications, enhancements, updates, upgrades, new versions and successor products thereto.
Windows CE or “WinCE” shall mean any version Microsoft’s hand-held operating system and applications platform software delivered by Microsoft to ARM.
Windows CE means the Microsoft software platform known as MicrosoftR WindowsR CE.
