In the event that the Administrative Agent receives such a notice of the occurrence of a Series 2000-1 Early Amortization Event, Mandatory CP Wind-Down Event, Potential Series 2000-1 Early Amortization Event or Mandatory Liquidation Event, the Administrative Agent shall promptly give notice thereof to the Liquidity Banks.
At the time of each issuance of Commercial Paper and after giving effect thereto, (i) no Mandatory Liquidation Event shall have occurred, and (ii) no Mandatory CP Wind-Down Event shall have occurred with respect to which the Administrative Agent shall have instructed the Depositary not to issue additional Commercial Paper.
