Wind Company definition

Wind Company means the signatory of this Code of Conduct Agreement as well as its officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and any affiliates over which it exercises control.

  • The Wind Company shall not knowingly enter into any agreement with any Municipal Officer that requires the Municipal Officer to support or cooperate with the Wind Company’s Wind Farm Development in any manner that relates to the Municipal Officer’s official duties.

  • Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.
