WILLOW CREEK PROJECT means the exploration, development and commercial exploitation of coal properties held by the Pine Valley Group in north-eastern British Columbia.
WILLOW CREEK PROJECT means the exploration, development and commercial exploitation of coal properties within the Area of Mutual Interest.
