WIDIA NAMES means "Widia", "▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇", "Werkö" or any name, symbol, logo or trademark that includes "Widia", "▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇" or "Werkö", any variations and derivatives thereof and any other names, logos, symbols or trademarks of the Acquired Companies and their respective subsidiaries, including those set forth in Schedule 2.08.
